Does Willowhush need an account?
No. There's no sign-up or login. Open the app and it's ready to use. Your favorites, downloads, and settings are saved on your device.
How do downloads work?
Tap the download icon on any story to save it for offline listening — handy for car rides, flights, or anywhere without a signal. Downloaded stories appear in the Downloads tab. Deleting the app removes downloaded stories along with it.
What does the sleep timer do?
Set a sleep timer and, once a story finishes, a gentle ambient soundscape (forest rain, lake, or ocean) plays quietly until the timer runs out, then fades out on its own — so there's no abrupt silence and no need to go back in and stop anything.
What's included for free, and what needs Premium?
A portion of the story catalogue is free to listen to anytime. Stories and soundscapes marked "Pro" need an active Premium subscription ($4.99/month or $39.99/year, billed through your Apple ID). See the billing section of our Terms for the details.
How do I cancel or manage my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed entirely through Apple, not inside the app. On your iPhone, go to Settings → your name → Subscriptions, choose Willowhush, and make changes there. Apple also handles refunds according to its own policies.
What devices does Willowhush run on?
Willowhush is currently available for iPhone and iPad on the App Store.
Is my child's information collected anywhere?
No. There are no accounts, no chat or upload features, and no third-party tracking or analytics in the app. See our Privacy Policy for the full picture.
